Type locality: Kalla Farm-swamp, Ikelenge, Mwinilunga, Zambia
Diagnosis
Mature male is distinctive by combination of (1) being restricted to NW Zambia and Katanga; (2) labrum yellow with black central spot; (3) antehumeral stripe greenish to bluish and much narrower than half-width of mesepisternum and running over its entire length; (4) anal vein terminates proximal to distal border of quadrilateral; (5) S10 with dorsal yellow spot. Habitat description
Not known, but probably headwater streams, seeps and/or springs shaded by gallery forest. Probably often with coarse detritus and a soft (like muddy) bottom. Inferred to occur from 800 to 1500 m above sea level.
